Jeremy is a Queensland barrister. He has been a mediator since 1999. He was called to the Bar in 1974 in the UK, and for many years had a busy and varied practice in civil litigation - commercial contractual disputes, negligence claims, property, probate, trusts and boundary disputes. He has also dealt with many employment and discrimination claims. He now lives in Brisbane and is accredited under the National Mediator Accreditation System. As well as private mediations, he conducts mediations on behalf of the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT).

Tim is a member of the Queensland Law Society and one of their accredited mediators, having been a mediator since 2003 and holding National Mediator Accreditation. He was called to the Bar in England in 1969 and after a few years general civil and criminal practice there moved to Hong Kong, where he worked as a lawyer for the Hong Kong Government in Legal Aid before transferring to the Hong Kong High Court as a Master, and later sitting for more than four years as a Deputy High Court Judge, dealing with a wide range of complex civil disputes. He has lived in Brisbane since 2004 where he practises as a mediator, and has dealt with many disputes including banking, employment and franchise matters.

Dr Anne Purcell | |
Anne specialises in family, community and workplace disputes. That is in high-conflict and complex matters, child-focussed parenting plans after divorce or separation, prioritising the maintenance of respectful relationships and collaborative law processes.
Anne is an advanced member of LEADR is registered with the Attorney General’s Department as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (authorised to issue 60I Certificates under the Family Law Act 1975). Anne conducts professional development in mediation skills and the psychology of conflict. Her recent clients have included the Qld and Victorian Bar, the Qld Law Society, Qld University, Bond University, the Federal Court, and many law firms and community groups throughout Queensland.
