After graduating from University of Queensland with an honours degree in law, John has practised as a lawyer continuously since January 1984.
John practices in litigation and commercial fields of law. In addition, he is a sessional member of the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT); qualified to hear matters and facilitate mediation and compulsory conferences.
John is a great advocate of alternate dispute resolution and has undertaken mediation work in a wide range of areas since 1995.
John encourages parties to consider resolving their disputes through mediation at an early stage.
